What is the Redefine Challenge?
The Redefine Challenge combines strength training, cardio, mindfulness, and nutrition to create a comprehensive fitness program. Designed to be flexible, you can choose between our gym guide or home guide, depending on your preference. You can even enroll in both to mix things up and tailor the challenge to your lifestyle!
The program officially kicks off on January 6th, but it’s accessible year-round, so you can start whenever you’re ready or move at your own pace.
The Structure of the Challenge
Workout Options
- Gym Guide: For those with access to a gym, this guide focuses on a variety of equipment-based exercises to build strength and endurance.
- Home Guide: Designed for convenience, this option requires minimal equipment, such as dumbbells, and is perfect for working out at home.
- Combo Option: Want variety? Enroll in both guides to mix gym and home workouts.
Workout Details
- Duration: Each workout is approximately 45 minutes long.
- Split: The challenge follows a balanced weekly structure:some text

- 2 Cardio/HIIT Days: Boost your heart health and burn calories.
- 2 Active Recovery Days: Engage in yoga, stretching, or light walks to keep your body moving and refreshed.
Daily Goals
Every day, you’ll track the following in the WeRise app:
- Workout or Active Recovery: Stay consistent with your movement goals.
- Protein Target: Aim for 30 grams of protein per meal to fuel muscle growth and recovery.
- Meditation Practice: Dedicate 10 minutes to mindfulness to reduce stress and enhance focus.
