Corrina brings over six years of experience in both Pilates and Strength training, and she’s here to help you build deep core strength, improve your mobility, and move with intention. Her method invites you to slow down, tune in, and unlock the kind of strength that is felt from within — not just seen on the outside.

What Makes Pilates So Powerful?

Pilates is more than a workout. It is a way to reconnect with your body.
With each session, you will learn how to move with more control, breathe with more purpose, and strengthen your body from the inside out. It is gentle on your joints but still delivers a powerful, full-body challenge.

If you are looking to improve your posture, increase flexibility, reduce stress, and feel stronger without high impact movement, this is for you.

Start with the 7-Day Fundamentals of Pilates

Whether you are completely new to Pilates or want to come back to the basics with fresh intention, Corrina’s 7-day beginner-friendly program is the perfect place to begin.
