Growing up in Albania during political unrest shaped my resilience. Though I pursued an MBA and a corporate career, my true passion was fitness—an outlet that strengthened me physically and mentally. I struggled with mental health challenges and an eating disorder, feeling lost in my own body. My therapist at the time, encouraged me to try running. I started running marathons, and loved the runners high. However, it wasn’t helping my already thin and malnourished body. That’s when I started strength training and it became my turning point for everything, giving me confidence and a new outlook on life. As I shared my journey online throughout the years, I realized women needed more than workouts; they needed guidance, structure, and purpose.
That’s why I created WeRise.
WeRise is more than fitness. It’s a blueprint for transformation, blending strength training, mindfulness, expert-led nutrition, meal tracking, and planning tools. I also assembled female experts in trauma, career growth, relationships, and impostor syndrome to support every aspect of personal growth.
